Kristen Comer is a program manager at Springboard Enterprises who carries out their signature accelerator programs, focusing on the Tech and Health Innovation Hubs. Springboard's mission is to accelerate the growth of entrepreneurial companies led by women through access to essential resources and a global community of experts. Since 2000, over 800 Springboard portfolio companies seeking financial and human capital for product development and expansion have created over $20B in value, are revenue generators and job creators. With 200 exits to strategic acquirers and 20 IPOs, Springboard Entrepreneurs are transforming industries. Kristen holds a BA in Psychology and Dance from University of California, Santa Barbara. She also obtained her MSc in Management from Lund University School of Economics and Management in Lund, Sweden.
